1. Who We Are

Wiesior is a free productivity web application built for students. It includes a Wiesior, goal tracker, and a study blog. By creating an account or using any part of the app, you agree to these terms.

We're a small independent project. If you have any questions about these terms, reach out to us through the app.

2. Your Account

To use the Planner or Goals features you need to create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone
• All activity that happens under your account
• Making sure your username doesn't impersonate another person

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. What We Store

When you use Wiesior, we store the following data on our servers (MongoDB):

• Your username and a hashed (encrypted) version of your password — we never store your password in plain text
• Your weekly schedule and tasks
• Your goals and mini goals
• Your daily notes history (up to 90 days)

4. AI Features

Wiesior uses Google's Gemini AI to scan and extract class schedules from timetable images you upload. When you use this feature:

• Your image is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing
• We do not store your uploaded images on our servers
• Google's own privacy policy applies to how they process the image

You should not upload timetable images that contain sensitive personal information beyond your class schedule.

5. The Blog

The Wiesior blog is publicly accessible — no account required. Blog content is provided for informational and educational purposes. While we aim for accuracy in all articles, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Try to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service
• Create accounts using automated scripts

7. Service Availability

We do our best to keep Wiesior running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for any data loss or disruption to your workflow. We strongly recommend exporting or noting down critical schedule information separately.

8. Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us through the app. We will delete your data within 7 days of a valid request.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app grows. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. That's It

We built this for students. We're not here to make your life harder with legal jargon. If something in these terms doesn't make sense or you have a concern, just reach out — we'll sort it out.
